My wife and I called at this restaurant by chance and we left very happy.

The menu contained an extensive starter range and our plate of Special Meze consisted of 6 different home made dishes served with pitta bread. All were excellent.

My main course of Uvetsi, a very flavoursome rice shaped pasta dish with tender beef in a rich tomato sauce sprinkled with feta cheese. A sharp contrasting flavour. My wife tried the vegetarian Mousaka with a side salad which she found most enjoyable. The house dry white wine from a limited list was very good as was the espresso coffee.

Service was attentive and friendly and the bill was just £40. An excellent value for money venue, on London Road.
